This is typical of what's going on in our nation today...

No one will stop you from sending money outside the US.

You're fucked trying to collect at Western Union.

The Tax Revenue losses must be staggering.

If someone wins $10,000 from online sportsbetting from an offshore sportsbook, how do you instruct them to withdraw your money:ohno: & how much at a time?

No way

Let's put it this way
i live in costa rica
i am married and a resident in costa rica
i worked in a costa rica call center, getting a paycheck
every 2 weeks from a costa rican company that owned the call center
i currently have @ 5 indictments against me for my
activities
anyway you look at it, receiving bets will not be tolerated
from some states and the feds

making bets, different story. They will use you to rat
out those taking bets. Agents transfering money within u s
are eligble for problems. Individual bettors, i wouldn't
worry

I'm weary of accepting the transference of funds from illegal organizations, into this country for fear of breaking wire fraud, money laundering, racketeering and/or tax laws. The MAN is probably not waiting for you, be smart about how much, how often, where and when you cash out or reload.

Thanks fellas... seems like I dont have much to worry about. I bet with BETUS and have cashed out around 10,000 since I started and looking to keep cashing out, so I was just wondering before I get in trouble. Thanks

The Bottom Line

The bottom line is this , the federal goverment is made up of nothing but bozo's. Sports betting can be legal in Nevada but
not the other 49. Yet, you've got AC and Mohegan Sun, but still
no sports betting. If these fools would regulate this it would solve more problems than not.
1) You COULD NOT wager what you do not have (which would means that you would not have to worry about Rocco, Vito , Eddie the Elbow
and Nicky the Neck,or whatever names these wacky guys are going by these days) breaking your legs by owing them what you don't have.
2) It would put all of these forementioned guys, like Tony the Toe, Sal
Stugats, Little Tony the Face and the Professor and Mary Ann out of (at least) this mode of
operation.
3) Our deficit would vanish in a flippin' heartbeat.

Ther will be ALOT (not saying any) less crime on both ends if this got regulated. Case in point. Remember a thing called prohibition?
